2003 Dodge TIPM.. Fuse Box.. Vin specific?????

Hello I am working on a 2003 flood truck and was wondering if anyone knows if the fuse box on a 03 to 05 is vin specific? If it plugs in will it work? Thanks

if you get the right part, it will work. doesn't matter if the VIN doesn't match
