I plan on picking up an 03 Ram 2500 with a knocking Hemi soon for real cheap and plan on swapping the motor and trans from my rusty 94 into it. I was wondering if anyone with experience in this swap could give me a little bit of info as to what the most difficult part would be and what, if any, parts I would possibly need from a common rail/off the Hemi truck to get everything working properly.
