we have a 2004.5 cr and it keeps blowing the frost plugs out we plated the back one on the block and the one on the side of the block at number 6 piston those are OK now, but it just blow the one behind the turbo, what is the fix???? the truck runs about 45psi of boost with a S-300 HP around 550:bang

Sounds to me like you may have other problems that is causing this. Have you checked your head gasket?

Thanks guys, I think the head gasket is fine the coolent stays in the radiator look fine, I think a bypass valve kit will work

Be careful!!

I have opies bypass and still blew out the FP behind #6.

I blew out a couple, head gasket was fine.

On my new build, block plugs staked, head plugs threaded.

I went with the EEP which releases pressure right from the plug on the back which is where steam pockets form. If you just block off plugs then it will move to the next weakest link or plug. The eep kit comes with a custom plate with fitting and all the rest of the hardware you will need. I think it was $165 delivered. Good luck
