I have the harnesses that connect to the ECM in a 2006 or 2007, $300 SHIPPED.
I have 2 sets and both are for AUTOMATICS.

I also have a 2006 ECM with a small chunk of plastic broken from 1 port, but it it fully functional, $325.

Okay, all of the listing above is SOLD.

I was digging through a pile of wiring earlier today and I found that I do have the following harnesses:

2006-07 MANUAL transmission Engine harnesses, which include both C1 and C2 plugs (have 2 sets), $300 SHIPPED.

ENGINE side ONLY, $150 SHIPPED.

Transfer case/transmission harness from a 2006 with a 48 RE and MANUAL shift (NV271) transfer case, $75 SHIPPED.

I also have a complete (C1-C2) MANUAL transmission harness and an ECM (#3975241) for a 2005, take all of it for $350 SHIPPED.

Just got in a Complete set of AUTOMATIC engine/ transmission harnesses, including the actual harness from an nv271 (manual shift) transfer case.
I also have the ECM, # 4931980.

All for $750 SHIPPED.

whats the diff between the the two? I was told auto or manual was the same.
 
The rear harness IS different.
For the auto, it has some extra plugs to run the transmission.

The engine harness, for the alternator, injectors, cam/crank sensors, etc., is the same between the 2.

As far as ECM differences, the MANUAL ECMS don't have the hardware in them to run an automatic transmission, so installing an auto file O/S in a manual trans ECM will not allow the transmission to work.

5.9 or 6.7?
If 5.9, all I have is the harnesses to the ECM for a 5.9 6 speed.
I don't have the actual harness to the transmission/t-case for that set-up, which is a real oddball, since most 6 speeds were manual shift (NV271) t-cases.

I don't have a 2007 Manual ECM, but I do have a 2006 Manual one, which will work fine in a 2007.
