So far I've replaced everything in the a/c system. Pretty much everything has been clogged with tiny black and green specs and filled with oil. I got the Evap core to go. I looked it up and AllData says to remove entire dash including front seats, steering colum, and pillars. That's a heck of a job fir an evap core. Does anyone know a short cut or another way?

Explain back flushing.

I've evacuated the sytem about 3 times and blew the evaperator put with air gun a few times.

There is an A/C flush available to use when you have a problem like this. Let me look around and see if I can get you more information.

The solvent is added to the canister and pressurized with shop air. You remove the lines at the easiest access and blow the solvent back through. It dries on it's own.
