2006 front end swap

My buddy, who lives out of state now is looking to do a 2006 front end swap on a 2004 like I did.
Can some list the ford part numbers for the following

Front header?
Grill?
Ford oem lights?
Harley lights?
Painted bumper?
Also I think dfuser has the relays. Im going to try to talk him into HIDS off the batt
