2008 f350 to 12v wiring

Anyone care to help a guy out with the wiring if its not used in the 12v can it be cut outta the harness

I’m going to give you the generic answer and say YES. With a few exceptions, a lot of wiring in newer vehicles use a common ground amongst multiple sensors, so when you start removing wire, keep track of exactly what you cut and where it came from. Also don’t cut it out in a manner that if you do need to put it back in to make something work that it is going to be a pain, leave a few inches to splice back into.

your best bet is to install all the factory sensors from the ford in the cummins motor. 05 and up use CAN base for the gauge so everything has to be routed thrut the factory computer as well
