Hello to all,

I am new to this forum and am fairly new to the Diesel Performance world.

I have a 6.4L Turbo Diesel. I have already installed the Banks Air Intake, Banks Monster Duals and a BullyDog PMT. My truck continues to go into re-gen mode and consequently my fuel mileage is horrible. I guess it is time to install a DPF Delete kit but I have no idea what will work well with the BullyDog PMT and not throw engines codes constantly. From what I understand the BullyDog is giving me more power but forcing Re-Gen mode way to often consiquently killing my fuel mileage as well as creating a lot of soot. I am looking for any help that will help me delete the DPF and the CAT. The Banks is a 4 inch system and from what I understand the stock down tube in my truck is 4 inch. I am looking for a quality DPF Kit that will eliminate the DPF and Cat with a sensor that will tell the truck Re-Gen is not necessary and will also cooperate nicely with the BullyDog PMT.

Thanks for any advice.:

bullydog wont work with deleted dpf. you need a custom SCT or a spartan tuner.

Welcome to CompD Tom. You'll probably have to buy a DPF delete pipe, and either talk to Bullydog about getting tuning to shut off the DPF or sell the PMT and buy an SCT, Spartan, or H&S performance tuner. A google search will net you plenty of outlets for the DPF delete pipe and tuner. Good Luck!
