Does anyone know 100% if ford is going to get the cummins engine in 2010?
It has been said dodge will get a mercedes engine instead. Mercedes has been in the big truck industry for a while but it just wouldn't be right to take away CUMMINS:doh: :badidea:

Wow It would be a bitter pill to swallow if they switch, after all the history they had together with their contract as partners. . . . .

The blind Ford-lovers always try to spread this one... Don't listen to them, Cummins announced a light duty diesel partnership with DC in the last few months. If anything, this indicates more time and money pouring into their relationship. Look on www.cummins.com for the press release.

brandon.

But Brandon, Ford owns Cummings, they can do whatever they want LOL

Yes, Ford does own Cummings but DC still owns Cummins. You didn't know that? Ask any Ford owner!

The Cummins site is down for a bit. However, if you do a quandary, when the site returns, Cummins will tell you that Ford does NOT own any part of Cummins.:rockwoot:

Look to Navstar for Ford products........

A "quandary"? That is what most Ford owners are in when pondering their sexual preferences.

Ok, that was a cheap shot lol.

Be careful using big words kiddies.

Yeah i've heard that one before "ford is gonna use cummins and dodge will go with mercedes/detroit/iveco/ingersol rand/packard/john deere"

they don't know the real secret.... Ford is going to put a CAT motor in their pickups! Backed with an allison to boot!

lol same sh*t different pile

By the time they do, the motors will be wrapped so tight with emission controls, you won't be able to put your "Piss on Chebie" sticker in the back window and get it to run. Face it Ford owners, you are doomed to eternal slowness no matter what motor you have in them chitboxes lol.
