215 inj on a flow bench

So I tested a stock 215hp 12V inj. today on a flow bench. Results were 750CC's #2 diesel in 30sec @ 100Bar. Everything was done per Bosch specs. So thats 1.5LPM correct ? So if this is the standard why is other big name company's not doing the same ? Ill be testing more soon.

750 cc with how much pintle lift?

or was there even a pintle in the inj when ya flowed it?

Specs call for the pintle to be installed but no springs in the body.
