241 DHD issue

[HIGH TECH RAM]

I just installed a used T-case in my friends truck. It is stuck in 4wd. Not sure if its low or high range. I noticed it when I installed the front shaft. Linkage is not bound up and seems to shift normally. Something has tobe screwy inside the tcase. Any insight would be appreiciated.

There are shift forks inside that operate, the low range slider and the 4x4.

I'm gonna guess that something got screwed up with the shift forks then.
Looks like were gonna take a T-case apart.
