So my truck marks its territory and its getting really annoying smelling the burning ATF on the exhaust. So far I have tried rear output shaft seals, the rubber plug for the snap ring, and welded up the back of the slip yoke and also sealed it with silicone. Also put the bushing in the rear output where the yoke slides. Already checked and made sure the vent hose is clear too. Its not the front output, it is dry, input from trans is dry as well. Anybody got any other things I can check?

Oh come on, no NV241 Experts on here? Gotta pull the clutch out so I'll get a closer look when I get the tcase out...

Wipe everything down, drive it for a bit, track leaks to origin, fix leak. Don't have to be an Tcase expert.

check the spilt line on the Tcase mine was leaking there, its metal to metal, so i took it apart and added some silacone to it and problem solved

Sounds like you addressed the usual issues. Did you put a new yoke in when you replaced the bushing?
