24v 98-02 head

This is a head I bought from another member on here.
I dont know what year it came off of. I cant find any cracks in it.
The fella I bought it from said he had it checked.
There is some surface rust on top of the valve retainers from sitting in my garage.
I bought it to use for my new engine build but I am going a different way.

how's the valve guides in it? has it been checked by a machine shop for cracks? have any idea how many miles are on it.?

It was susposed to be checked before I bought it. I pulled the exhaust valves out dont see any cracks. I dont have a way to measure the guides. The valve stems measure well in spec. I can O-ring too.
