24v cam in a 12 v

i want to hear what you guys think , is any gains by using a 24 v cam in my 12 v i have the motor all apart and my 12 v cam is a little worn ,i have a good 24 cam that i am thinking of using it

stock to stock no gain. A 24V aftermarket cam can be used in a 12V it just has no lift pump lobe, but in most case's if your upgrading the cam you have a fuel system installed.

24v lifters have a bigger base so they should give more duration.
