Muddin_dude06 ... Joined Sep 10, 2007 Messages 2,541 Jun 30, 2009 #4 You can run even a stock 24v VP44 cam in a 12v for a small upgrade. Cam grinders like Greg Hogue like the 24v cam core better aswell because it as a wider lobe seperation and also starts out with more lift than a 12v anyway.
