24v Complete or Part

I have a 24v, 98, cracked the block, bought a good 12v block to swap it all over to.

Got an 01 wiring harness and sensors, 01 timing case, cover and cam gear so it'll all correctly work on a 12v block.

Only has 100k miles on it, all stock. No turbo or manifold.

ECM, throttle apps.

Currently has the head pulled off.


Everything for $1500 or I'd consider parting.
