Pulled these off my 98 and the new motor is using 14mm head studs so I have no use for these. The truck came with the studs installed already so I'm not sure how many times they were torqued, but I torqued them 3 times to 140 ft/lbs. I was told they're ARP's, but there isn't anything stamped on them, but they are from the stainless steel family as they're shiny, so they should be comparable to the good ARP's, but again, I can't confirm for sure.
