24V P pump. Is this good?

I have been looking for a 12V, but I just found this motor for sale. I have copied the description below. Does this sound good? It is $1500.


"This is a 2001 Cummins 24v motor that has been converted to the mechanical injection P7100 or P-pump injection pump. The sale comes with motor, intercooler, turbo, p-pump and conversion parts. This is basically everything needed to drop this motor into a doner truck. The motor has about 107,000 on it and the pump is off a 95 Dodge and is a 160hp pump that has been modified with a fuel plate and rack."

Well, I won it! I guess I will start gathering the remaining parts for my conversion. This will be my first one, so I'm sure I will have alot of questions.
