24v ptw specs

My brother is in the process of replacing his cracked 53 block. We tore it down and brought it in to the machine shop and the builder said he thought the pistons might be a little loose. He said the piston to wall clearance on the new block is 5 thousandths. Does anyone know the cummins min-max specs?
