2nd gen 4.10 gears swap and sport bumper in FL

Hey guys I live in Orlando FL and had new 4.10 gear put in my truck this past december but I really need better gas mileage with my 285 75 16s. If some wants to swap me for some 3.73s or something that will give me better gas mileage let me know. thanks. I also have a blue sport bumper that and i want to trade for a ranch hand style bumper or something like that.

I have some 3.55's for sale, D80 rear set.

Ill trade the gears for that bumper.
 
Would 3.55s push these 285 75 16's alright? Where are you guys located. I can't sell the bumper right now because I wouldn't have one for a while sorry about that. I am just looking to trade the bumper to throw something beefier on there. I have never done gear work before so i am really trying to find someone who could help me swap them also. Let me know
 
Do You have limited slip in the rear? I have A 99 with 3.55s right now and after going to the 19.5s I think I need to go back to 4.10s.
