2nd gen dodge center caps

quick question guys im about to buy some 17" hummer h2 rims for my 98 dodge. I was wondering if i could use dodge center caps instead of the hummer center caps? please let me know where to buy the center caps if i can use them and what will fit. thanks in advance the help is always very appreciated.
