these are the airbags that go under the truck right?

Yes. They sit on top of the spring, and have a bracket that bolts to the side of the frame.

You fill them with a compressor from a garage, through a tire valve style fitting, which is included.

Sorry. I did PM you back. Possibly it didn't go through for some reason.
There is no compressor, just 2 schrader valves (like a tire has) to fill and adjust them. Everything else is included, as in this link; http://www.pacbrake.com/index.php?page=our-kits-2
