1992 Dodge NV4500 gas transmission, has the small output and input.
This one seems to be in decent shape, but grinds going into 3rd, could be the synchronizer, could be the shift fork inserts, have not checked.
Similar to the Chevy version of '96, but with a 22 spline input.
Uses the same gear ratios as a Dodge diesel NV4500, so it could easily be converted to Dodge diesel specs, with the diesel fully splined mainshaft upgrade and the diesel 5th gear.
If going 2wd, you'd also need the diesel rear housing.

I pulled it from my Carhauler about 3 weeks ago, so it's not something sitting in a pile for a long time, though it's considered a usable core.

Asking $400/obo.

Have a trip planned to DALLAS, then Baton Rouge, so I can deliver it, and anything else, along the route.

Please PM, reply here, e-mail me at Nixon340@yahoo.com or call 402-780-5127.

You sure it ain't a GETRAG cause if I'm not mistaken in 94 was the first year dodge ever introduced the NV4500

Does the Getrag have an aluminum extension bolted to an iron case?
Does the Getrag have a SLIP yoke rather than a fixed yoke?
Does the NV4500 have G-E-T-R-A-G cast right into the case?

If all of the above are true, then a Getrag it must be. :D

I actually put it in my '78 wedgebed hauler, with a gasser 360, a few years ago, after pulling it from behind a 5.2 Magnum in a '92 1/2 ton.
First one I had ever seen and have seen a few more since.
One like it is actually behind the '90 Cummins I just stuck back into the truck.

It, too, has the small output, but I installed the diesel NV4500 input and bearing retainer.

The truck it's all in (not finished):
