3/4 Rear end into a 1ton.

What are the differences? I have a buddy with a 1-ton that destroyed everything on his. I have found several 3/4 rear ends. What has to be changed to make this work in that truck? Not worried about the gear.

it's an inch or two narrower than the dually rear

if it's out of a manual truck, it's a D80

Is his truck a dually or a flat bed truck?

It's a Dually and a Manual truck.

You would need a single wheel bed, springs, axle, ... I don't know what else. Mine was already done when I got it.
