3406B Caterpillar/Needle Nose KW

Well not sure what I am getting myself into but I ended up buying a 3406B 4MG water/air off a fiend of mine. So now not only do I need to find a way to unload it at my house, I need to find something to put it in.

I am thinking a single axle needle nose day cab KW. If anyone has leads on any old KWs or round headlight W900As, please let me know.

Typically I vote kw too, but if going old single axle, look into doing your version of the perterbuilt from Duel!

I am looking for a truck, and a way to lift the engine (forklift/lull). I think I am going to have to go out West to get a truck.

Something late 60s to mid 80s KW (W900A 1965-1982 or a W900B with round headlights) or Peterbilt 359, maybe a 289/351. Problem with too old is the hood is too small to accommodate a large enough radiator I believe.

Yes! That is perfect.

Definitely need it to be a steel frame, I will cut the back off and weld on a Peterbilt low air leaf single axle rear frame cut.
