How much do these usually run for a set? Just curious. Plan on putting them in as soon as the stockers break.

Look up SCS gearbox, they sell them for 800.00-900.00 a set, I don't think you could find better ones.

call eep, scheid or haisley and get the scs axels now dont wait for the stock ones to break. when axels snap they unwind like a spring ive seen them shear the housing off at the spindle. strip teeth off of gears and all kinds of crazy stuff. night be cheaper to do it now.

You know if you go to 37's you need to switch out carriers right. And SCS's are 35's. Garrett has the carriers and shafts if you go 37's.

Somebody might check Randy's and see if you can get a 37 spline yukon to fit in the dodges.

Shafts or carrier???

SCS sells a MINI spool not a full spool lets not get this confused the guys out of Michigan are the first ones with the full spool for the D80 I talked to Steve from Klikkel Motor Sports and ordered one for my truck with there shaft set.

We offer the 37 spline axles for SRW & DRW on our Dodge Driveline upgrade page.

We also offer a fully welded, stress relieved 37 spline carrier for the Dana 80.

I will be running this setup in my truck.

Like mentioned above, don't wait for the stockers to break, I learned this the hard way when both my stockers broke simultaneously, ruining my Detroit locker :(

Garrett, what carrier ratio is your welded carrier built for? Looking for 3.54 but if it is for 4.10 and up I guess that will have to work.

Joe

Yukons suck if you have a lot of power! I have broken 4 of them. They are junk.

Were you running 35 or 37? Reason why is I heard that some people were running 37 spline versions of them and holding big power. If Randy's has a 37 spline version that will fit the dodge, that will support the rumor even more.

does anyone know how much does the whole shabang minispool and axles from scs cost??

I talked to them a couple of months ago and I think they said like $13-1400.

The welded carrier will work with any ratio.
