3rd brake light stuff on on my 99?

Can someone tell me what would cause my 3rd brake light to be on all the time when my lights are turned on? Doesn't matter if the switch is on parking lights or head lights it stays on? :bang

Probably the excess voltage from where you have a headlight out.:shake:

Wow...maybe I shouldn't post late at night...can a mod please edit the title "stuff" to "stuck".
