3rd gen Locker ?'s

Ok so its widely known that we cant get a locker or real LS for our trucks and it seems to me like you would still stand to gain a little if you had one so heres my idea.

If I was to install a 2nd gen Dana would it be goin against any regulations on the street class for diesels?
