3rd gen rear bumper on 2nd gen?

Yeah its been done, ill see if i can find the pics, guy had a twinned reg cab orange 2nd gen, he was also selling a twinned qc/sb as well.
 
I had one I was going to install on my truck before I picked up a 2nd gen one. If I remember right, it had plates that ran flat with the bumper (would end up perpendicular to the frame) and since it didn't have brackets when I got it, I was just going to build some brackets off of there.
 
hahah the front dont look to bad though lol. but i just want to see how the body and bumper line up before i actually go get a 3 gen bumper
