40/16-BHT3B/26 setup with all install parts and pieces, there are a few extra parts like a new never used 16cm housing for the 40 as the old one has normal internal cracks but still works perfectly. Here is a run down of the parts and pics.

PDR 40/16 fresh rebuilt and never ran......extra housing
BHT3B/26....approx 5K miles
3" hot pipe with divorced gate
3" cold pipe
5" down pipe with slip fit clamp
3/B bottom brace that bolts to the block
5" inlet pipe to an AFE 5 x 12 filter
All boots and clamps
All oil supply lines/fittings
All drain hoses with clamps (owner must make provisions for second drain)
All bolts, nuts and gaskets

With this setup on my truck in the 650 hp area initial spool-up was at 1600 RPM, drives day to day perfectly, ran at 60 psi with 65 psi of drive pressure.

Priced at $2500+ shipping

do you have to move/remove the battery to install these? and what coating is on the cold pipe? I like shiny stuff!

The second battery is gone on my truck but before pulled them off it looked to me like you could cut 3-4" off the intake pipe and it would clear. The cold pipe is chromed but it is not perfect, I already had it from another kit and had to cut it down, you can see the damage in the side pic were I tigged it back together.

For those of you that have asked via PM, at this point I would rather keep it all together.

On the numbers I posted for boost/drive at those levels the 3B is make 34 psi!

Dang I wish I had the money, nice setup Jim. That would be a nice litle step up from these BD's.

If anyone is wanting to look at closer pics of the turbo's or of them disassembled just ask.

Jim

Na, just your everyday Sailor........thanks for it though! Time to move over to the other sites too.

Jim

what year motor were the pics from? It looks like a 12V head on a 24V block? is it normal on a 98 12v to have the rear drain?

That is from my 98' it is a 12V with a storm block so it has the second drain......(omg it is a 53 block and is going to fly apart) there is not a motor on the planet that has caught more crap than that one.

Jim

well its good to know that there is someone else beating the daylights out of them 12v 53 blocks. got one too and thank GOD its holding up 70+ psi plus a little n2o hehe.

No reasonable offers in 3 months (must be fate) so off the market and back on to a truck they go.

Jim

I think they were forgotten about having not been to the surface in a while. I thought you had sold them already!

Had some looks but that was about it! Been thinking about them lately and how well they would work with the new non-modified housing and an ED gate setup for the 01' 12V.

Jim

wonder how they would run on a CR with a 24v manifold? Or would they work??
