47re electrical problem?

96 auto with dunrite vb and tripple tc, billet input, lock up switch. on tis second intermediate shaft. been runninng good for 70 or 80 thousand miles now I was moving the truck did a burn out in the driveway lost 2-3-od only have 1st and reverse. replaced output shaft speed sensor worked thru all gears with trans relay jumped. put relay back. goes into limp mode (start in second) but second will not engage. the truck sat some then broke now I need to figure out whats up. could the computer have a bad conection? I have not put it on a scanner and cant get it to the shop to scann it. any guesses. I will listen to all sugestiions. I am considering returning it to stock hp and selling it off. the call for a 4 whell drive has out weighed the urge to play. but it needs to be right first

Leave the jumper in and forget it. Probably a gov pressure too high code.

thanks. I think I might pull the valve body and send it to get cleaned by the guy who built it. it always seens to help it. the ol 96 is really picky. thanks again.
