k i have a 47rh out of a 1994 dodge cummins and i swaped it out for a nv4500 when i drained the oil it had very lil shavings in it. i am pretty sure the clutches went out of it. i would not put it on a truck just use it for a core.

Sure. I'm curious the shipping differences between 48036 and 55430. 48036 being much closer to you and cheaper. This is assuming my dad wouldn't mind storing it until my next visit.
