Newly rebuilt. Spent over $2500 on it in March. It has all upgraded clutches and steels. Stock shafts and lower stall convertor. I'm buying an ATS trans this weekend and if the deal goes thru I need to sell this one. Make some offers. I can ship or deliver around Texas
