48re shift kits?

What shift kits are some of you guys running in a 05 and up 48re something to hold around 500-550rwhp? Only thing i have found is a shift technology products from superior trans parts inc will this work?
 
We use alot of the Transgo 48RE kits, and just do them a lil differently. The work real well, just did one last nite.
 
If you want to make that kinda power I would do a new flex plate and billet input, you'll also want a new converter. Give Jeff Garmon a call, he'll hook ya up with what ya need...ROB
 
Unless transgo has done something diff i was told there shift kit would not hold that kind of power. Yes a billet input will be added along with a 91% SC converter and rebuild kit just wanted to set the valve body up my self i did a Fairbanks kit in a 03 48re one time that held up well just can't find one for the 05 and newer.
 
My transgo held good and had a firm lockup on my 47rh. Seemed to hold about the same as my Goerend VB best i could tell. I dont think you would have any problem with it.
