Is there a return lip on the bottom edge of the plastic cover? Looks like it's not sitting against the bumper flat? Or is it just the pic?

Yes there is. I contemplated cutting it off but didn't want a ragged edge. I cut the part in the middle to fit but yeah not really noticeable unless you really look.

Looks good surprised it fits that well. If you cut with a grinder maybe but would take a steady hand. Or maybe heat it slightly with heat gun and use an olfa knife to cut it?

yup sure is fits perfect but you do have to drill holes for the hold down clips on top!

Man I'm really loving this bumper the fog lights are bright and lay out looks good going down the road!
