Since I have to use my hands to do everything, it would help me out a lot to eliminate a couple of things. Right now when pulling I have to...
1. Hold the brake
2. Control the accelerator
3. Control the steering wheel
4. Operate the Lockup Switch
5. Shift manually into 3rd
And thats all with just 2 hands. Would it be at all possible to fix up a line lock that would hold pressure on all 4 wheels? I know you can get them that just do the front wheels, but I definitely need all 4 wheels.

You can run two and have one on each axle. Just so you know, the max is 60 seconds when enabled.

im confused?? you still have to use your hand to operate a line lock...lol your foot controls gas and brake so you would in term have a free foot......you could scratch your other foot...?

he's handicapped...paralyzed from the waist down...

The line lock switch could go on, or close to a ratchet shifter or something similar since he is thinking about going with something like that. That way his hand wouldnt have to come off of the shifter.

really sorry man I didnt know... but yeah I would mount it on the steering wheel with a push button switch and use your thumb while holding onto the steering wheel...

:hehe: Not a problem man. Dont feel bad about it.

Yeah I am thinking about going with a floor shifter, and have the line lock and torque converter lockup switches both on the shifter. Just trying to think of some things that will help me be more consistant and make it a little easier on myself too.

what about suncoast paddle shift? Im not sure about price but i think they can build a tc lockup switch into the paddles?

I just thought about something...won't a line lock just dump the brakes? As it is right now, don't you ease off the brakes so you don't snuff out the charger?

How does the line lock work? Does it just hold the brakes for you.

you apply the brakes then the line lock is a valve in the line. once the pressure is up in the line you activate it and it holds the pressure on the brakes and you can take your foot off the pedal. for josh it would allow him to lock all the brakes and be able to control everything else and its one less level he would have to hold with his hands. then when he is ready he can open the line lock and take off.
