Billet cam package deal for a flat tappet setup on a 5.9 12v cummins grind number is F-230/362-4stl, comes with cam gear that has been welded on, also the tappets and pushrods

362 lift on both intake and exhaust, my pistons had a .200 valve relief cut on them for this cam
