5 speed limp mode until shifted

I was driving my 24v 5 speed and it will occasionally go into a limp mode or dead pedal and when I shift it it gos back to normal am its not throwing any codes
 
WHen you state "Not throwing any codes", have you scanned it?
What year?
Tuner?
Fuel Pressure?
Possibly fill out your signature, so that we can help you better?

I need two things....

1. I need you to actually plug in a scan tool and scan for error codes.
2. I need to know both fuel pressure numbers idle and WOT at highway speed.

Please post these answers.
 
The fuel pressure is 19 at idle and 16 at hard pull I have a quadzilla adrenaline and 150 farm boys with a 63... I have had a scan tool on it and there's nothing it only does it at highway speeds
 
Probably the APPS. Had two trucks do this intermittently and all I did was adjust the APPS. I am sure everyone will throw a fit about adjusting APPS but I don't want to hear it both trucks work flawless to this day.
