50HP nozzles

Will 50 HP nozzles help a 64/71/16 turbo spool? and not surge towing???

Yea, where did you find a 64/71/16? that seems like a big exhaust housing.

Id say fill in your signature with your truck info and or include in the post to help people answer your questions.

If you can handle it 90's would be good for that size turbo.

I run 90's with a looser converter and a 62/71/14

50's will help spool it, but you have enough air to cool bigger stixs such as 90's

I would not go any smaller than 90's. I would look into 120's for that turbo. That will wake her up.
