5500 gmc

A buddy of mine has a i believe 05 5500 gmc and he said he was thinking about selling it and i am kind of interested. Just wanting to know if what all can be dome to it performance. I have not mess with many dmaxs. I am a cummins man but this would be a great truck for me to pull trailers and ect.. but just wanting to know if i can get some more reliable power i believe it is only like 310- 350 stock. and i hate the 70mph speed limiter on it.

Or if youd like easy tuning. PPE makes a hand held for Kodiaks as well, you just have to call them.

I've got a friend with a Topkick 5500 and a BullyDog programmer that runs really well. I think you'd be pleased with it.

Member Gasuout on duramax diesels,dieselplace, ect has a 4500 that will run with most 3/4 and 1 ton trucks so I'd say the potential is there.

with some power added the kodiak is a jaw dropper and quick .
