5k gsk question

I've got 5gsk's in the truck now, max free rev rpm is right around 4500 rpm, at what rpm does the gov start to defuel?

If I wanted to pull 4000 to 4200 down the track , should I adjust it up for more rpms to be sure it isn't defueling at the 4200 level?

will the pump flow enough fuel to acheive 5k? i know of plenty of trucks that have a "stock" pump w/ the bolt on on them and just dont move enough fuel to get to 5k. try tighting the springs a few clicks and see what happens
