What is the main difference between cds and hmr governor springs other than $200? Are cds the best to run?

My CDS springs would defuel about 4500 or so, the Haisleys seem to fuel a little higher.

That's what I was wanting to know. Was one any smoother than the other through the rpms or Idle better?

Both idled well.
