6.0 Injector cups

Anybody ever had to change these? What tools does it take to change them? Does this mean the head is cracked?

Big Pipe Tap and slide hammer. Then some Green loctite when the new ones go back in...

I have rotunda's service tools for this. You need a big tap like what has already been said for taking the cups out.
