Ok, so I have a '06 F450 6.0l & so does my dad, Both are out of warranty, so i figure now is the time to do EGR work. Since both trucks are Contact Fire Trucks they need to appear stock or need to be put back to stock faily easy since they will go through Inspections and smog tests (Cant even remove the cat) So i have been thinkin of Getting EGR Slugs for the trucks, are these good options? Are they even still made? Or would you guys recommend something else.. Please keep in mind that i'm doing this on a faily small budget.. thanks

Remove the exhaust EGR up-pipe located on the passenger side of the motor. Inspect the pipe for a small scoop, if present remove by whatever means available. Weld a steel disc 1.5" diameter into the "T" that connects to the EGR cooler leave room so it can go back onto the EGR cooler. CEL or codes may show up, consult custom tuner for SCT delivery.
