What are the companys that make them for 03-04 & 05-07 ?

there is also www.intakeelbows.com. That's who I bought mine from. The reason I bought from them is I got a heck of a deal and I like the look of the tubing instead of the cast. I also bought an 05-07 elbow for my 04. That way I could remove my throttle plate seeing its not used anymore. On 06 trucks you don't have to worry about that though. Watch eBay, Aaron from intake elbows normally has really good deals on them.

I chromed my intercooler piping and elbow on my banks set up and always get compliments on it. So I'm a little partial to the banks:rockwoot:
