6.5 Diesel engine

Ok guys need to get rid of this its just sitting in the barn. Engine out of 97 Suburban Vin F has around 100k on it. Motor was removed because I thought it had blew up but turned out to be a broken flexplate. Motor comes with everything but most front assecories and does not have big harmonic balancer on it. I had replaced it a few days before this because it was starting to come apart. I took it back to the parts store since they told me to bring it back up and they would refund me. I pulled the oil pan and there is no damage that I can see to the bottom half with the naked eye. I just need to get rid of it. I also have the 4l80e that was behind it that was recently rebuilt but was leaking fluid out of input when I took it apart. I'm guessing the flexplate coming apart damaged seal and possibly bearing.
