6.7 coolant leak problem

hey guys, last week i punched it from a dead stop and totally blew apart that little rubber hose ontop of the egr cooler right beside the coolant air bleed screw. i limped it home, replaced the hose added coolant and called her a day. a couple days later i notice now that when the truck warms up the lower rubber hose( just off the water pump housing) is leaking and swelling. but only after it warms up. i looked at the waterpump weep hole and couldn't see any leaks so i opened the air bleed screw and coolant gushed out so the pump is working. i then took the t-stat out and confirmed that it was not siezed closed and over-pressuring. but now i am stumped. i am gonna still replace that hose incase there is a tiny crack i can't see, but it looks fine. is there anything else i am over-looking that could be causing this problem. the only mods i have are the smarty and dpf delete. thanks for any help you can give
