6.7 (non-euro) in a 12v

I searched around here and didn't find exactly what I was looking for. I know the U.S. 6.7l motors have a different stroke and bore then the euro 6.7l version. However, will a 6.7l U.S. crank fit in a 12v block? That and .030 get me to around 377cid/6.3 which is what I am looking for. Any ideas or is it even possible?
