6.7 PCM/ECM fuse

A friend let his truck battery die so I order to get started he hooked up his 300d Lincoln and tried to start but the PCM fuse blew now if you try to replace that fuse it blows no key on welder not hooked up. I had him pull both plugs from the ECM when he reinserted the rear plug the fuse will pop the front plug will not pop the fuse

Any ideas

ECM is toast... seen it many times.
