6.7 smarty no go?

Just did a dp back exaut on a buddies truck then I proceded to load his new smarty and the truck wont take it..the smarty acts normal and says its loaded but its deff not?? the truck is a 07.5 and has had the check engine light on before we did the exaust/dpf delete..should he get the computer reflashed and try again? any ideas? thanks:rockwoot:
 
its a pickup..to be honist I have no clue what 17me means..he called some company and ordered the smarty and exaust as a package deal..bully dog wouldnt load either
 
have the guy call his seller and see if he knows what the word customer service means.

Its hard to fix an issue with only part of the story. He sold it, he should help get it running.
 
I understand thanks for your help..I guess i was just worried that the check engine light could of been a part of the issue
 
You should of got rid of the codes before you loaded the Smarty, also did you guys install the SIMS, if so remove them, clear the codes and load Smarty.
